Terms of Service — LittleTok

Welcome to LittleTok! By using the app, the parent or legal guardian (you) agrees to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the child using the app.

1. Who can use LittleTok

LittleTok is for children 4–16. A parent or guardian must create the account and supervise the child's use. You confirm you are at least 18 years old.

2. Curated content & video creators

LittleTok is a curation and learning layer over publicly available videos from third-party platforms (primarily YouTube). We do not own, host, copy, download, or re-upload any of the videos. Every video plays inside YouTube's official embedded player using the no-cookie domain youtube-nocookie.com. This means:

Views count for the original creator on YouTube — exactly as if the child watched on YouTube directly.
We never charge to watch a video. All videos are free, including for free-tier accounts.
All copyrights, trademarks, and channel branding remain the property of the original creators and YouTube. We claim no ownership.
We hand-pick a small allowlist of trusted kid-safe channels and apply additional safety filters on titles and descriptions before a video can appear.
Use of YouTube content is governed by YouTube's Terms of Service.

If you are a creator and want a channel removed from our allowlist, email hello@littletok.comand we will remove it within 7 days.

3. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering or scraping.
No abusive, illegal, or harmful behavior.
No sharing of accounts across families.

4. Premium — what you're paying for

Premium pays for app features only — for example the channel block list, offline cached lessons, higher daily lesson caps, personalized recommendations, and detailed parent insights. You are not paying to watch videos, and you are not paying creators on our behalf. Free users have full access to videos, just with smaller daily caps and fewer parent controls. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time in the Parent area; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Disclaimers

LittleTok is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Educational content is for general learning, not professional advice.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use means you accept the updates.
